HYKE Signature Series Orange Negroni

Our simple HYKE Signature Series Orange Negroni is a classic apéritif.  Sip and savour the complex layers of flavours delivered by just three ingredients.  

Ingredients
25ml HYKE Orange Gin
25ml Rossi Vermouth
25ml Aperol

Method
Take a low ball glass and fill with ice.
Pour in each of the ingredients one by one.
Stir for 45 seconds.
Garnish with a little Orange zest and a twist. 

(At Christmas time garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick for a subtle seasonal switch)
